Well if you are pulled up next to a harvester with a trailer, while the worker is driving down the field, you would be going at around 6-10mph depending on the workers max speed. So you may ask where does this come in handy? But if you hold circle for a few seconds instead of simply pressing it once, it will activate the max speed for that vehicle in cruise control mode. We all know how to activate cruise control, L1 + R1+O on Ps4.
